Own and lead the end-to-end UGC video production program, turning scripts into high-performing ad videos while scaling by recruiting, training, and managing a larger creator team.

Responsibilities

  • Filming and performing ad scripts for our clients
  • Turning scripts and creative briefs into engaging, natural-feeling video ads
  • Understanding hooks, pacing, delivery, and direct-response advertising
  • Helping recruit, train, and manage a larger team of UGC creators
  • Building a reliable creative-production process as we scale

Requirements

  • Confident on camera
  • Understands social media content
  • Communicates well
  • Interested in growing into a leadership position

Preferred

  • Experience with Meta ads
  • Experience with TikTok ads
  • Experience with direct-response creative
  • Experience managing creators
