Responsibilities
- Filming and performing ad scripts for our clients
- Turning scripts and creative briefs into engaging, natural-feeling video ads
- Understanding hooks, pacing, delivery, and direct-response advertising
- Helping recruit, train, and manage a larger team of UGC creators
- Building a reliable creative-production process as we scale
Requirements
- Confident on camera
- Understands social media content
- Communicates well
- Interested in growing into a leadership position
Preferred
- Experience with Meta ads
- Experience with TikTok ads
- Experience with direct-response creative
- Experience managing creators
