Job Summary

Own growth strategy and leadership enablement for a transformational development organization, aligning growth initiatives with stakeholder needs and coaching leaders to scale personal and organizational impact.

  • Growth strategy and stakeholder relationships: drive cross-functional growth projects and communicate progress with leadership.
  • Execution and growth hacking: apply inventive tactics to accelerate growth and manage project workstreams.
  • Leadership development and enablement: support personal development initiatives and coach teams to improve self-leadership and performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • driving innovative growth strategies, fostering relationships, and facilitating leadership and personal development initiatives.
  • This includes leveraging growth hacking strategies, managing projects, developing sales initiatives, and effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data to support strategic decisions
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively present ideas and engage with team members and clients
  • Experience in Growth Hacking and developing innovative strategies to drive organizational growth
  • Proven success in Sales, with an ability to articulate value propositions and build client relationships
  • Strong Project Management skills, including organizing, prioritizing, and executing tasks efficiently
  • High level of emotional intelligence, confidence, and self-leadership
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in personal development, leadership education, or a related field is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Leadership, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred
