Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and scale TikTok Shop as a core revenue channel, including GMV, profitability, and overall performance
Build TikTok Shop into a repeatable, scalable growth engine for the business
Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop affiliates and creators
Build systems to seed products to creators at scale and drive consistent content output
Launch and optimize promotions, bundles, limited-time offers, and campaign strategies
Manage product listings, pricing, merchandising, and in-platform conversion
Partner with the creative team to develop high-performing TikTok Shop content
Identify trends, viral moments, and creator opportunities quickly and act on them with speed
Manage TikTok Shop ads, boosts, and paid amplification (if applicable)
Track and optimize key KPIs including GMV, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, and affiliate output
Build SOPs and systems to scale creator output, campaign execution, and channel growth
Collaborate with operations to ensure inventory aligns with demand and campaign pacing
