Job Description

  • Host live streaming sessions on TikTok, engaging viewers with energetic and authentic interactions
  • Promote products, brands, or personal talents through compelling live content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align streams with campaign goals and branding strategies
  • Utilize media editing tools to enhance video quality and create engaging visual content during live sessions
  • Monitor live chat interactions, respond promptly to viewer questions, and foster a positive community atmosphere
  • Track streaming performance using social media analytics tools to optimize future content
  • Follow training guidelines on platform policies, safety protocols, and best practices for live broadcasting
  • Strong communication skills with an energetic and engaging presence on camera
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok’s features and functionalities
  • Familiarity with media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or video editing software
  • Ability to perform content creation tasks including photography, graphic design, and proofreading
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts like SEO, social listening, branding, and content marketing
  • Knowledge of marketing online analytics, web analytics, Google Analytics, and social media analytics to monitor performance
  • Skills in relationship management and community engagement to grow followers organically
