Responsibilities

• Own high-quality short-form video and visual content for Reels and posts.
• Film both on-camera content (yourself applying or showcasing products) and product-focused content (flat lays, aesthetic shots, tutorials).
• Develop visually cohesive, brand-aligned content that reflects Narcissus Beauty’s mythology-driven identity
• Stay current on trends while adapting them to fit a luxury, narrative-focused brand
• Collaborate with the founder on content direction and creative strategy
• Contribute ideas for viral formats, series, and campaign concepts

Requirements

• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content ecosystems
• Experience creating beauty, fashion, or lifestyle content
• Ability to film high-quality video (lighting, composition, editing)
• Comfortable being on camera and creating personal + product-driven content
• Strong aesthetic sense (editorial, romantic, or elevated visual style preferred)
• Self-directed, creative, and excited about building something from the ground up

• Interest in mythology, storytelling, or concept-driven branding is a plus
