Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the core messaging for platform capabilities across lab automation, data integration, workflow orchestration, and digital R&D.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into customer-facing value propositions.
  • Develop differentiated positioning tailored to scientific, IT, and executive buyer personas.
  • Lead the GTM strategy for new platform features, integrations, and technical capabilities.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to align on the product roadmap, technical architecture, and customer use cases.
  • Create comprehensive launch plans, sales enablement materials, technical one-pagers, demo narratives, and competitive positioning matrices.
  • Support field teams with a clear articulation of product value, technical differentiation, and implementation considerations.
  • Conduct ongoing research on customer needs, competitor platforms, and life sciences digitalization trends.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success to refine positioning and identify product gaps.
  • Develop a deep understanding of laboratory workflows, enterprise IT requirements, and scientific data challenges.
  • Utilize market insights to actively influence the product roadmap and broader commercial strategy.
  • Produce technically credible content, including solution briefs, architecture diagrams, technical blogs, case studies, webinars, and pitch decks.
  • Develop targeted messaging for key use cases such as LIMS/ELN integration, instrument data capture, workflow automation, analytics enablement, and lab scalability.
  • Build practical sales tools that equip field teams to explain complex products to both scientific and technical stakeholders.
