Job Summary

Own full-cycle sourcing for a remote-first hiring function across marketing, creative, sales, and operations, building a steady candidate pipeline, personalized outreach, quick intro screens, and concise handoffs.

Sourcing Engine: 30–50 qualified candidates weekly from LinkedIn, Wellfound, Indeed, and communities, with a clean tracker.
Candidate Screen: 15-minute intro calls to pre-screen and collect a written summary for passing candidates.
Pipeline & Handoffs: Shortlist across domains and hand off with context to prevent reactive hiring.

Responsibilities

Source 30–50 qualified candidates per week across LinkedIn, Wellfound, Indeed, and Slack/Discord communities
Send personalized outreach
Pre-screen via 15-minute intro calls when candidates respond
Hand off interested candidates with a written summary
Keep a clean tracking sheet of every candidate touched
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across marketing, sales, creative, and operations roles - and build a pipeline so we're never hiring reactively

Requirements

1+ year of sourcing experience, ideally for marketing, creative, or remote-first roles
A portfolio of personalized outreach that actually gets responses
Capacity for 3–4 hours per day, weekdays
Location: Remote- US-based preferred
