Job Summary

Own the financial reporting, billing, and client reporting workflow for media operations, with Prisma platform mastery and clear flowchart deliverables that translate numbers into actionable guidance for both internal and client teams.

  • Finance ownership: monthly close, variance reporting, ad hoc requests, and drafting client-ready bills.
  • Workflow mastery: Prisma platform expert who translates financial data for non-financial partners and guides media planning toward client-approved results.
  • Reporting governance: maintain accurate client billing, supporting docs, and clean manager-ready documents.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage systematic financial reporting and ad hoc requests, including monthly close, monthly budget review meetings, variance reporting, draft billing, media accruals, budget discrepancies, audit commentary, etc.
  • Provide reporting and draft bills to the media team for approval.
  • Review key financial metrics and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate client billing and the collection of supporting documentation.
  • Generate system reports and analyze data to enhance and optimize performance.
  • Ensure accurately-formatted documents for manager review.
  • Explain and translate financial reports to client teams and regional staff.
  • Assist with cash collection and cash application.

Requirements

  • Experience leading and maintaining accurate flowchart deliverables for internal and client facing reporting needs
  • Prisma platform expert
  • Prior experience supporting financial operations for media teams
  • Prior experience within an advertising agency or digital media environment.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel including creating reports, pivot tables, V/H/XLookups, and similar functions.
  • The ability to translate financial data to non-financial partners.
  • Comfortable presenting to internal and client teams.
