Job Summary

Own a hybrid product and growth role focused on shipping app upgrades and driving active users through content that ties real fraud cases to measurable downloads.

  • Build: ship app updates, improve onboarding, and establish analytics to track user actions
  • Grow: run content and social campaigns around real fraud stories to boost downloads and engagement
  • Content-to-audience loop: turn investigations into shareable material for audience growth

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • What you'll do A true generalist role — you'll split your time between making the app better and getting more people to use it.
  • Improve the product — ship small upgrades to the app: fix bugs, polish the screens, make it easier to use, add a feature or two.
  • Get people to use it — create posts and short videos off real fraud cases, push downloads, and track what’s actually working.
  • Build (≈50%)
  • - Ship improvements to the existing app: new features, UI/UX polish, bug fixes [stack: e.g., React Native / web — specify]
  • - Improve onboarding, performance, and retention
  • - Set up basic analytics so we can see what users actually do
  • Grow (≈50%)
  • - Plan and run content + social campaigns (LinkedIn, short-form video, email) tied to real fraud cases in the news
  • - Grow downloads and engagement; test channels and report what works
  • - Turn FNN's investigations into shareable, audience-building content
