Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality before & after project photos
• Film and edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube content
• Help create digital ads for Meta, YouTube, Google, and TV campaigns
• Create behind-the-scenes content of installs, culture, training, and growth
• Travel locally to projects, events, and active job sites for content shoots
• Help organize and manage media assets
• Assist with social media posting and content scheduling
• Work alongside leadership to help grow the TORQ brand

Requirements

• Passion for content creation and social media marketing
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Comfortable filming with iPhone, camera equipment, or gimbals
• Basic editing experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, or similar tools
• High energy and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Must have reliable transportation
• Comfortable traveling to local job sites throughout the Chicagoland area

Preferred

• Experience managing social media accounts (preferred)
• Experience with digital ads creation (preferred)
• Portfolio or samples demonstrating content creation and storytelling (preferred)
