Job Summary

Own short-form social channels with end-to-end ownership of strategy for TikTok and YouTube, from ideas to filming, editing, and posting, while coordinating with campaigns and driving ongoing performance learning.

TikTok & YouTube ownership: content cadence, series concepts, and cross-campaign alignment.
Content creation: ideation, trend spotting, filming, and editing for quick-turn videos.
Performance feedback: track metrics, share quick wins, and propose new ideas to lift growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own our TikTok strategy and posting schedule
Help grow and manage our YouTube channel
Develop content ideas, trends, and series concepts
Film and edit short-form content
Coordinate with our marketing team on larger campaigns
Track performance and share ideas on what's working (and what's not)
Bring us new ideas. Lots of them.

Requirements

Examples of social media accounts you've managed or helped grow
Portfolio, content samples, or links
Resume with relevant experience
Ability to commute to our office regularly
Strong understanding of TikTok and YouTube best practices

Preferred

Experience with CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools
Photography or videography experience
Experience running your own social channels
Understanding of e-commerce, small business, or creator marketing
