Responsibilities

• Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research using online resources, industry reports, retail channels, and social media platforms.
• Analyze and summarize findings into presentations and reports for Marketing and Sales teams.
• Support the development of customer-facing presentations, marketing materials, and opportunity assessments.
• Assist with planning and coordinating customer events, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry summits.
• Monitor social media trends, particularly on TikTok and YouTube, and identify relevant consumer behaviors, content formats, and engagement opportunities.
• Support digital marketing initiatives by contributing content ideas and campaign planning activities.
• Assist with project coordination, organization of marketing resources, and cross-functional team initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Market Research, or a related field.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Demonstrated initiative and ownership of assigned projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders.

Preferred

• Strong interest in social media, digital content, consumer trends, and online communities.
• Active familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Experience through internships, student organizations, campus leadership, or marketing projects.
• Interest in health and wellness, dietary supplements, consumer packaged goods, or related industries.
• Experience creating presentations, conducting research, supporting events, or developing digital content.
• Natural curiosity about how consumer behavior influences purchasing decisions and brand engagement.
