Responsibilities

• Represent the Kansas City Mavericks professionally at community events and promotional appearances.
• Stay informed on team news, schedules, and promotions to answer fan questions accurately.
• Create a positive first impression and engage with fans of all ages.
• Assist with mascot interactions and ensure a family-friendly experience.
• Drive the Street Team Jeep Gladiator to and from events when assigned.
• Set up, maintain, and tear down promotional displays and equipment.
• Lift and transport promotional materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other non-traditional hours as required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation and willing to drive the Maverick's branded vehicle as needed
• Punctuality
• Work flexibility is important, this is a part-time position that will include nights, weekends, and gamedays

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependability and flexibility with scheduling
• Interest in hockey and the Kansas City Mavericks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (likely expected due to driving duties)
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and event setup
