Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Position Sana's products and develop compelling messaging that cuts through the AI noise.
  • Identify exciting ways to announce our new features to the world.
  • Equip a 4,000-strong field team for Sana's launches and strategic initiatives with everything from top-level positioning to talk tracks, objection handling, and deal coaching frameworks.
  • Partner closely with Product, CS, and GTM teams to shape go-to-market readiness, ensuring sellers can confidently articulate how our products differentiate and add value.
  • Create compelling narratives and write high-impact content that educates the global Revenue organization on the future of AI-driven customer outcomes and how to sell it.
  • Identify opportunities to build scalable systems and playbooks for all of the above.
  • Run on anything else within marketing that is an important problem to solve and you find interesting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building high-impact enablement functions at scaled, high-growth tech companies.
  • Track record writing content for C-level executives or other high-visibility stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence across global teams and senior leadership.

Preferred

  • As much love for strategic thinking as execution; comfortable defining vision and strategy while also building programs, content, and tools yourself.
  • Learned the value of ruthless prioritization and are intolerant of indecision.
  • A keen eye for the role of taste in storytelling and a love for writing.
