Job Summary

Own end-to-end event production and creative operations, aligning cross-functional teams, vendors, and exec stakeholders to deliver scalable playbooks and predictable timelines.

  • Own end-to-end event production cadence and governance, including GTM campaigns and Keynote decks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to keep all events aligned and on schedule.
  • Partner with external agencies and on-site vendors to ensure seamless creative execution and scalable processes.

Job Description

Own end-to-end event production and creative operations, aligning cross-functional teams, vendors, and exec stakeholders to deliver scalable playbooks and predictable timelines.

  • Responsibilities: Build and maintain detailed schedules, creative trackers, and approval flows
  • Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day creative production and timelines across all event deliverables
  • Responsibilities: Own daily communications and weekly status updates across Creative, Marketing, and the Events team
  • Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MPMs, Legal, PMMs, Comms, and Exec leadership
  • Responsibilities: Act as the main Creative point of contact for external vendors and partners
  • Responsibilities: Help systematize event production and capture learnings to scale
  • Responsibilities: Create hot sheets, note recaps, and alignment tools
  • Responsibilities: Stay three steps ahead by flagging risks and keeping workstreams on track
  • Requirements: 7+ years of experience in creative production or project management with live events or integrated campaigns
  • Requirements: Proven ability to manage high-visibility work with senior stakeholders including C-level
  • Requirements: Deep experience with design, writers, motion, and supporting their process
  • Requirements: Comfortable owning multi-workstream communication and navigating ambiguity
  • Requirements: Experience managing external agencies and vendors
  • Requirements: Extremely organized, clear communicator, calm under pressure
  • Requirements: Familiarity with Figma, Frame.io, G Suite, and Slack
  • Requirements: Love of turning chaos into order to help teams perform
