Job Summary

Own on-site supervision of an activation with Amazon, coordinating logistics, safety, and post-activity audits to keep the field team aligned and vehicles moving smoothly.

  • Own on-site logistics, coordinating installers, and Field Manager communications to ensure nightly execution.
  • Manage vehicle transport to/from install sites with safety and compliance in mind.
  • Act as the on-site liaison for team members, installers, and vendors during graphic deployment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent Amazon as Site Supervisor and coordinate activation with GMR leadership.
  • Facilitate installation of graphics onto Amazon delivery vehicles with your team.
  • Transport vans to/from install location while following safety requirements.
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for the Field Manager, installers, and team members.
  • Oversee on-site logistics, post-installation auditing, and nightly recaps to the Field Manager.

Requirements

  • Oversee all on-site activity, ensure elements for nightly execution, and serve as the FM's on-site contact.
  • Maintain on-site communication with team members, graphic installers, vendors, and Amazon via the preferred platform.
  • Assist the FM in collecting keys from locations where vehicles move to/from.
  • Confirm Lead Brand Ambassadors for each shift.
  • Transport vans to/from install location while adhering to safety requirements.
  • Return keys at end of shift to designated drop location per FM.
  • Accurately maintain completion reports and program audits to update FM at end of shift.
  • Have an active/valid driver’s license.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.
