Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own performance marketing across affiliate, lead vendors, and content syndication; track CPL, MQL, pipe spend, and pipeline contribution.
  • Define commission structures, incentive tiers, and program terms with Finance and Legal for affiliate program.
  • Monitor affiliate traffic quality, attribution, and compliance to prevent fraud.
  • Identify and develop co-marketing opportunities with high-performing affiliate partners.
  • Negotiate contracts with third-party lead vendors and manage performance reviews.
  • Define lead qualification criteria with Sales and Marketing Ops and optimize vendor mix.
  • Track lead quality, acceptance rates, and CPL against targets and route leads appropriately.
  • Plan and execute content syndication campaigns with vendors and test new partners.
  • Package assets (ebooks, reports, webinars) for top- and mid-funnel goals.
  • Manage targeting parameters and continuously refine based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with performance marketing programs; experience managing affiliate programs (PartnerStack a plus).
  • Experience with high-growth SaaS, B2B funnel, and Salesforce/Marketo.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven with both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Proven ability to build performance channels from the ground up at high spend with strong ROI focus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborate across technical and creative teams.
  • High ownership and accountability with multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
