Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Develop compelling stories that translate complex technical implementations into clear business value propositions, inspiring customers to build with AWS
  • Content Development: Collaborate with AWS Marketing Integrated Demand Plans (AI, Data, Modernization, Security, Connect) to deliver stories that best align to their priorities and themes
  • Content Development: Define, build, and scale content metrics to measure story performance and customer engagement
  • Content Development: Maintain content repositories and ensure assets are accessible across the organization
  • Content Development: Deliver compelling content at 3P flagship and 1P events (e.g., NAB, Cannes, AWS Summits, re:Invent) through keynote presentations, sessions, and innovative activations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Amazon on AWS v-team to build mechanisms driving alignment on approach, execution, and key messages
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with AWS Marketing teams (Global Executive Marketing, Customer References, Event Marketing, Product Marketing) with a #oneteam mindset
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive awareness and preference for AWS that delivers influenced opportunities and pipeline through marketing activities across EBCs, events, digital, and field channels
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate reviews with Senior Leadership and critical stakeholders on strategic initiatives and content direction
Requirements
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience in building, executing and scaling cross functional marketing programs
  • Experience communicating results to stakeholders
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services
Preferred
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in online advertising, marketing, sales or digital media
