Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Buyer Insight as the Foundation for Seller Success
  • - Build a deep, data-informed understanding of buyer behavior on Show: discovery and viewing patterns, what drives watch time and purchase, category and price sensitivity, and trust/loyalty drivers.
  • - Translate buyer insight into a clear point of view on what makes a show, host, or category successful - and use that to define what "good" looks like for brand and enterprise sellers.
  • - Continuously feed buyer-side learnings back into seller-facing strategy, content, and product requirements.
  • Brand and Enterprise Seller Value Proposition and Playbooks
  • - Define the value proposition for brand and enterprise sellers hosting on Show, anchored in demonstrated buyer demand rather than assumptions.
  • - Build and maintain playbooks that help brand and enterprise hosts plan, run, and optimize shows - grounded in what actually drives buyer engagement and conversion.
  • - Partner with Supply/Partnerships and Merchandising to ensure onboarding, enablement, and success materials for brand/enterprise sellers reflect current buyer insight.
  • - Define success metrics for brand/enterprise sellers on Show and identify the levers that most reliably improve them.
  • - Establish comprehensive seller educational programs and trust guidelines that teach enterprise brands how to maintain compliance, protect their reputation, and build long-term buyer loyalty during live broadcasts.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing, ideally at a marketplace, social commerce, or live/video commerce company.
  • Demonstrated ability to build deep consumer/buyer insight and translate it into seller- or partner-facing strategy and enablement.
  • Experience building playbooks or enablement materials for B2B2C partners, brands, or enterprise accounts is a strong plus.
  • Track record of driving adoption and engagement for a product in an early or scaling phase.
  • Strong ability to translate complex product mechanics into clear, user-centric value propositions.
  • Comfort working with data and analytics to define success, measure impact, and inform decisions.
  • Strong collaborator with experience influencing without authority across Product, Growth, Supply/Partnerships, and Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal storytelling skills, comfortable writing for both consumer and brand/enterprise audiences.
  • Bias toward action, testing, and iteration; comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Genuine interest in resale, social commerce, and/or live shopping formats is a strong plus.
