Job Summary

Own NA sponsorship enablement by building SME level guidance, sales assets, and playbooks to drive sell-in and client activation for Visa properties.

  • Ownership: Become the go-to expert on each sponsorship property and consult the NA Marketing Services team on opportunities and execution.
  • Sales Enablement: Create best-in-class materials, support RFPs, and codify playbooks to accelerate sponsorship sell-in.
  • Operations & Analytics: Track asset inventories, pipelines, and utilization; deliver leadership-ready performance reports and season-end learnings.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support and enable NA Marketing Services team members in successfully selling, negotiating, briefing, and delivering client engagements utilizing assigned Visa sponsorship and promotional assets.
  • For each designated sponsorship property assigned to the Senior Manager, become a subject matter expert to deliver effective consultation to the NA Marketing Services team.
  • Identify, implement, and support the creation of client offerings leveraging assigned sponsorship properties in North America, including set-plays and custom activation strategies.
  • Implement and optimize commercialization approach for North America sponsorship properties to support maximum asset utilization and client engagement.
  • Customize and/or develop best-in-class Marketing Services sales support materials to enable the sell-in of sponsorship programs with clients in North America, support client RFPs, and document best-practices to promote knowledge sharing across the Marketing Services team.
  • Coordinate with Visa partner agencies to support client marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment and appropriate prioritization of resources in addition to guiding the category conflict check process.
  • Build & maintain a robust tracking mechanism to understand Sponsorship asset inventories allocated to North America and sell-in status by client.
  • Track and report on sponsorship activity including sales pipelines, client engagements, and asset utilization. Support the preparation of regular performance reports and analysis for department and senior level reviews.
  • Participate in, and where applicable, lead internal status meetings with the NA Marketing Service team.
  • Develop end of season/event North America recap for sponsorships and incorporate learnings and insights into go-forward strategy.
  • Collaborate across the North America Sponsorship Enablement team and manage ad hoc requests for additional key deliverables.
