Responsibilities

• Lead Belmont’s centralized Marketing Services function, supporting the full product portfolio, global commercial teams, strategic initiatives, and acquisition integration activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing Services team, establishing clear roles, priorities, expectations, and development opportunities.
• Partner with Product Management to translate product strategy, positioning, launch plans, and commercial priorities into effective marketing assets, campaigns, and sales tools.
• Serve as the central point of coordination for marketing requests, ensuring work is appropriately prioritized, assigned, tracked, and delivered on time.
• Manage external vendors and agencies across creative, print, digital, web, video, and event services.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and lifecycle management of customer-facing and sales-enablement materials, including collateral, presentations, product guides, case studies, launch materials, customer communications, and internal commercial content.
• Manage centralized collateral and asset processes, including review and approval workflows, version control, expiration dates, localization, and field access.
• Partner with Product Management, Regulatory, R&D, Quality, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure marketing materials are accurate, compliant, and appropriately approved.
• Lead the execution and ongoing management of Belmont’s digital channels, including website content, paid search, email campaigns, social media, customer and distributor portals, and sales-enablement platforms.
• Ensure digital programs support product education, field readiness, customer engagement, lead generation, and product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
• Seven or more years of progressive marketing experience, with medical device, healthcare, or life sciences experience strongly preferred.
• People management experience and demonstrated success leading marketing communications, creative services, digital marketing, collateral and asset management, marketing operations, sales enablement, and/or events and tradeshows.
• Strong understanding of brand governance, marketing asset management, collateral production, digital channels, creative workflows, and event execution.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication judgment, with the ability to translate complex product, clinical, and commercial information into effective marketing materials.
• Experience managing external agencies and vendors and partnering cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Clinical, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Legal.
• Familiarity with websites, email marketing platforms, digital campaigns, sales enablement tools, collateral libraries, and event management systems preferred.
• Strong project management, prioritization, process improvement, and organizational skills.
