Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ecommerce Strategy & Execution: Own and evolve the U.S. eCommerce strategy, investment roadmap, and activation across digital retail and direct‑to‑consumer environments.
  • Translate brand and commercial priorities into clear eCommerce activation plans that drive growth and Roi
  • Continuously assess performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scale across the eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Digital Shelf & Content Excellence: Own digital shelf strategy, ensuring products are discoverable, compelling, and conversion‑ready across online retail environments.
  • Lead standards for content quality, asset optimization, and platform compliance, continuously raising the bar on execution.
  • Partner with Creative Studio and Global teams to ensure assets are developed, localized, and optimized for U.S. eCommerce needs.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Media to shape paid eCommerce and retail media strategies that support brand and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Sales and Shopper Marketing to integrate eCommerce initiatives with broader omnichannel execution.
  • Work closely with Finance and Compliance to manage investments, measure ROI, and ensure governance.
  • Leadership & Influence: Lead and develop a direct report, while also acting as a trusted eCommerce advisor across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of eCommerce and/or Shopper Marketing experience (Alcohol Beverage experience strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated success leading eCommerce activations within complex retail and DTC ecosystems.
  • Experience owning digital shelf performance, content standards, and investment measurement.
