Job Summary

Own the data and governance spine for content operations, turning DAM and workflow tooling into a compliant, scalable platform across brands and channels.

  • Platform governance: set the Martech roadmap and cross-brand adoption for DAM and related tools.
  • Metadata and tagging: establish taxonomy and workflows to boost discoverability and performance tracking.
  • Modular content reuse: enable reuse across brands with standardized DAM/workflow setup and hands-off processes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Platform strategy and governance: Define the Marketing Technology roadmap and governance for content operations platforms, including DAM and related workflow/fulfillment tools with DD&T
  • Tagging and metadata standards: Define taxonomy/metadata requirements and tagging workflows so content is consistently tagged, discoverable, and performance-trackable
  • Enable modular content reuse: Configure DAM/workflow platforms and standards to support modular content development, assembly, and reuse across brands and channels
  • Partner with TA content leads and Ad/Promo: Translate TA needs and review feedback into platform enhancements and process improvements; ensure clear roles, handoffs, and consistent use of tooling across brands
  • Drive adoption and support model: Define the operating model for user support, training, communications, and issue escalation; ensure consistent adoption across internal teams, agencies, and partners
  • Vendor and platform relationship management: Manage key platform and service partners, including SLAs, prioritizations, escalations, and continuous improvement; coordinate platform training updates with partners
  • Manage license and budget levers: Oversee platform licensing and key vendor relationships; manage enhancement funding and prioritize spend against highest value capabilities
  • Enable compliant content operations: Ensure the MarTech ecosystem supports compliant development and approval of promotional materials in a regulated environment, embedding required controls and documentation practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degre e required , Preferred Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, or related).
  • 5–8+ years managing marketing technology platforms (e.g., DAM, workflow, content ops), defining roadmaps, adoption frameworks, and governance standards across brands or business units.
  • Proven experience partnering with brand, Ad/Promo, TA content leads, and agencies to translate business needs into platform enhancements, process improvements, and compliant content operations.
  • Experience managing platform vendors and service partners, negotiating SLAs, prioritizing enhancements, and overseeing licensing budgets or funding allocations.
  • Strong understanding of regulated content development requirements, metadata/tagging standards, modular content reuse, and operational controls to enable scalable, compliant, and measurable content workflows.
