Job Summary

Own and optimize PMI’s digital loyalty offers with retail partners, aligning with brand strategies and driving program reach and efficiency through data-driven evaluation and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Digital offers: develop, administer, and improve loyalty programs in partnership with Field Sales, Brand, and Marketing.
  • Stakeholder and data leadership: monitor performance in data systems, identify opportunities, and communicate insights to key retail decision-makers to influence budgets and forecasts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, build, and administer digital offers within Retail Customers’ digital loyalty programs and platforms that are consistent with and/or complimentary to PMI U.S. brands’ promotional strategies.
  • Work closely with Field Sales and Marketing teams in developing digital offers for customer loyalty programs.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with retail customer key decisions makers.
  • Utilize various data systems to evaluate customer loyalty program performance and identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and expand customer loyalty program reach.
  • Manage all administrative tasks in a timely manner and with consistency and accuracy.
  • Plan and coordinate work activities according to priority.
  • Establish efficient work procedures to ensure business objectives are met in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Challenge and propose improvements as necessary through the appropriate channels.
  • Effectively and succinctly communicate ideas and issues internally and externally across PMI U.S. Field Sales, Brand, Marketing and assigned customer organizations.
  • Play a key role in digital loyalty program trade spending budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA, BBA, or BS) or equivalent relevant work experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years combined experience in sales, brand management, and/or trade marketing in consumer-packaged goods industry required.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing and/or loyalty programs a plus and not required
  • Customer management experience is preferred.
  • Persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional project management and organization skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Demonstrated ability of problem solving and creativity.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in digital marketing and/or loyalty programs a plus and not required
  • Customer management experience is preferred.
