Job Description

Responsibilities

Write and develop compelling content for the WD Blog, website, social media channels, YouTube, and external publications .
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for enterprise and technology audiences.
Provide strategic input into and help manage a shared editorial and content calendar across corporate marketing and partner teams.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and other subject matter experts to ensure content is technically accurate and aligned with WD’s innovation story.
Partner with cross-functional teams—including creative design, web operations, and social media —to bring content to life across channels and formats.
Support corporate storytelling initiatives including thought leadership, executive content, and industry commentary .
Identify content opportunities aligned with WD’s core marketing pillars and key industry trends across AI, cloud, and data infrastructure .
Monitor content performance and partner with digital teams to optimize for reach, engagement, and discoverability.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, journalism, or digital storytelling, ideally in enterprise technology or B2B.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
Experience managing editorial workflows and coordinating content across multiple teams.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and technical SMEs.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience in enterprise technology, cloud infrastructure, AI, or data storage industries.
Familiarity with SEO, digital analytics, and content performance optimization.
Experience developing video or multimedia content.
