Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategy, ensuring alignment with DEWALT and regional objectives.
  • Act as a brand steward, maintaining consistent brand expression and adherence to guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Channel teams to support the end-to-end NPD process from ideation through launch.
  • Drive the creation and execution of commercialization plans for new products, ensuring market readiness and impactful launches.
  • Provide input on product positioning, packaging, and messaging to maximize relevance and appeal to target users.
  • Work with Marketing teams to deliver marketing assets and campaigns, including digital content, sales materials, events, and activations.
  • Partner with channel teams to ensure effective brand presence and support across all sales channels.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing effectiveness, leveraging data and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery while providing regular updates on brand and product performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, commercial execution, sales, or related roles within consumer durables, tools, or similar industries.
  • Demonstrated success in leading brand initiatives, supporting NPD, and executing go-to-market plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Creative, agile, and proactive problem-solver with a passion for building iconic brands.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving brand growth and commercial success.
