Job Description

Drive cross-channel brand management and campaign execution, shaping briefs into on-brand outputs and maintaining consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

  • Own the intelligence layer for briefs with data, observations, and learning from past executions.
  • Contribute to seasonal planning and the brand calendar within the strategy-execution feedback loop.
  • Serve as external point of contact for active partnerships, driving campaign execution with the Brand Operations Manager.
  • Own campaign reporting to surface what works and share learnings with stakeholders.
  • Translate briefs from the Head of Brand into precise, on-brand outputs across channels.
  • Maintain day-to-day brand consistency across social, WHS, eCom, retail, and partner activations.
  • Activate agency-provided assets across channels to land correctly in every context.
  • Develop the Social Media editorial calendar and campaign strategy, owning the creative brief and quality bar.
  • Oversee athlete/ambassador content to ensure on-brand activation and calendar alignment.
  • Serve as primary brand liaison to eCom on influencer content standards and day-to-day management.
  • 6 to 8+ years in brand marketing with end-to-end channel ownership.
  • Proven experience managing and developing direct reports.
  • Experience with talent/ambassador/athlete programs at a strategic level.
  • Creative eye with operational rigor and deadline discipline.
  • Fluency in project management tools like Monday and DAM systems.
  • Direct, clear cross-functional communication that builds trust.
  • You have worked at a premium golf, outdoor, or lifestyle brand and protected a strong brand identity.
  • You have experience with NIL or sports/entertainment partnerships and multi-tier talent programs.
  • You understand brand strategy and have contributed to briefs, not just execution.
  • You golf culture and understand Bad Birdie’s audience and significance.
