Job Summary

Own NA event and experiential campaigns for DoorDash Reservations with end-to-end ownership of activations, partner coordination, and on-site execution, tied to awareness, engagement, and merchant participation.

  • Event Ownership: plan, schedule, and deliver owned events, pop ups, festivals, and partner activations across North America.
  • Partnership Execution: coordinate with restaurants, venues, agencies, and vendors to ensure flawless delivery and guest experiences.
  • Performance Focus: track attendance, leads, engagement, and program impact to inform future activations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of North America event and experiential marketing programs for DoorDash Reservations.
  • Lead end-to-end event logistics for activations including owned events, merchant pop ups, food festivals, trade shows, conferences, and partner activations.
  • Coordinate with restaurant partners, venues, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
  • Help develop and execute consumer-facing experiences that increase awareness, consideration, and engagement for DoorDash Reservations.
  • Manage event production timelines, budgets, vendor contracts, shipping logistics, inventory, and on-site operations.
  • Support sponsorship activations and strategic partnerships by coordinating deliverables, assets, guest experiences, and event programming.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing, Social, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and activations.
  • Track event performance metrics including attendance, lead generation, customer engagement, merchant participation, and overall program impact.
  • Maintain event calendars, project plans, and reporting dashboards to support program visibility and operational excellence.
  • Travel to support on-site execution and serve as a brand ambassador at events across North America.
