Job Summary

Own the client relationship and end-to-end project governance for integrated, multi-channel campaigns in the travel and destinations space.

  • Client Partner: Maintain day-to-day contact, run weekly status, and capture requirements with risk protection.
  • Integrated Execution: Coordinate across media, creative, PR, social, and production for omnichannel delivery.
  • Destination Focus: Plan feeder-market activity and activations while balancing direct vs OTA channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Client Partner: Serve as primary day-to-day contact; lead weekly status calls, develop briefs, understand the client’s business, capture project requirements, and protectively manage client needs.
  • Integrated Execution: Coordinate media, creative, PR, social, and production to deliver omnichannel campaigns (search, social, programmatic, video, OOH/DOOH, content).
  • Destination Focus: Support feeder-market strategy, seasonality planning, and partner activations (tourism boards, attractions, events); balance direct vs. OTA considerations.
  • Scope & Delivery: Build/manage SOWs, timelines, estimates, and change orders; ensure QA, approvals, asset trafficking, and on-time/on-budget delivery.
  • Insights & Reporting: Partner with Analytics to define KPIs, set testing plans, monitor dashboards, and package results into clear, actionable updates.
  • Internal Alignment: Drive cross-functional workflows, anticipate roadblocks, escalate risks, and keep leadership informed; contribute to proposals/renewals.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in advertising/marketing; 3+ years in client management on integrated accounts. Travel/hospitality—preferably destinations/DMOs—strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills; proactive problem solver.
  • Strong scope/timeline management and attention to detail; familiarity with project management tools.
  • Data-informed mindset; comfort with GA4/Adobe, social/platform reporting, and basic media metrics.
  • Agency experience required; bachelor’s degree required.
