Job Summary

Own the daily operations of the Competitive Angling program, coordinating cross-functional launches, sponsor relations, and event support.

  • Lead high-volume communications and documentation for applications and participant activity.
  • Coordinate dealer and event logistics, sponsor practices, and cross-team alignment for launches.
  • Support presentations, strategic planning, and program process improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to the Sr. Manager, Competitive Angling, including high-volume email communication across anglers, tournaments, sales teams, dealers, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the review and processing of a high volume of applications, including research, follow-up, and database maintenance.
  • Monitor participant accounts to ensure required activity reports and documentation are completed in accordance with program expectations.
  • Support communication updates to anglers, including product launches, program updates, and key initiatives.
  • Assist in coordinating dealer and event support activities, including tournament logistics, angler appearances, and branding requirements.
  • Assist with administration of programs such as the B.A.S.S. Nation Alliance, including bonus and contingency processing.
  • Participate in the annual launch of the Competitive Angling program, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Credit, Warranty, etc.) to ensure readiness and compliance.
  • Provide on-site support for key events and tournaments as needed (2–8 annually, based on role development).
  • Take an active role in supporting sponsorship relationships to ensure proper brand representation and maximize exposure.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to align the program with company standards, processes, and ISO compliance.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Basic understanding of negotiation and relationship management support
  • Ability to travel for tournaments and events as needed working and traveling independently
  • Demonstrated ability to track, maintain, and manage angler data using Excel and database tools
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and the impact of influencers and sponsorship partnerships on brand visibility

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
