Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Cover assigned MTSU coverage areas and consistently produce high-quality, compelling content, including multimedia content, for the university's news website, social media platforms, and other content platforms
  • Distribute content as appropriate and assigned to external media partners
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English or a related field required
  • Three years progressively responsible professional journalistic or directly related experience required
  • Current Tennessee Driver's License and Registration
