Own social presence management for a growing AI startup, turning daily posting, engagement, and trend analysis into measurable brand momentum across platforms.
- Manage daily posts/reels, engage with followers, and monitor analytics to inform content decisions.
- Collaborate with founders and program leads to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and program impact goals.
- Identify trends and audience signals to improve reach, tone, and brand consistency.

Requirements
- Creativity and communication
- Social media experience
- Basic editing/design skills
- Bachelors Degree Required
Preferred
- Previous experience managing business or creator social media accounts
- Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns
- Understanding of branding and audience targeting
- Canva/CapCut knowledge is a plus
