Job Summary
Own the end-to-end physician-focused social video program, from on-site shoots to publishing and reporting, while growing a multi-channel presence and trusted provider relationships.
- Video content pipeline: plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos with on-site provider shoots.
- Provider relations & collaboration: build trust with clinicians and coordinate multi-location content sessions with minimal disruption.
- Channel execution & performance: maintain platforms across three channels, align with service lines, and report reach, engagement, and growth.
Job Description
- Video content pipeline: plan film edit publish; on-site sessions with providers; address hesitations to drive participation.
- Static and graphic content: create posts across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok to support campaigns.
- Content calendar & alignment: develop a monthly calendar tied to service lines, seasonal health observances, and priorities.
- Collaboration & brand: work with marketing to ensure content follows brand standards and campaign goals.
- Platform presence: maintain and grow presences across all three channels.
- Provider relationships: build trust with physicians and clinical staff across CLS Health locations.
- Content operations: schedule multi-location shoots, coordinate logistics, and minimize disruption to clinical operations.
- Post-production follow-up: share results with providers to reinforce the value of participation.
- Reputation & collaboration: develop a reputation as someone providers enjoy working with.
- Analytics & trends: monitor reach, engagement, follower growth, and video views; stay current on platform trends and healthcare content best practices.
