Content Ownership: Craft strategic ideas, hooks, briefs, and calendars and keep future content in development.
Production & QC: Coordinate shoots with the Crew Chief and Producer and be the final publish-ready checkpoint.
Insights & Optimization: Translate performance data into future content ideas and early risk alerts.

Develop strategic content ideas that align with each client's goals, audience, and business objectives.

Content Strategy & Calendar: Develop strategic ideas, hooks, scripts, briefs, and maintain content calendars across client accounts.
Production & Quality Control: Coordinate with Crew Chief and Producer to plan shoots and act as final quality checkpoint before publishing.
Research & Opportunity Discovery: Analyze platform trends, competitors, and high-performing content to identify new opportunities.
Workflow & Collaboration: Work with Editors, Producers, and Project Managers to move content efficiently through production and publishing stages.
Performance & Optimization: Review captions, thumbnails, metadata, and formatting; monitor content performance and translate analytics into future content ideas.
Consistency & Brand: Maintain brand voice, messaging, and platform best practices across all content.
Risk Management: Surface issues or missing assets early to enable quick resolution and keep timelines on track.

Collaborate with the Crew Chief and Producer to plan upcoming content and shoots.
