- Analyze performance, produce monthly reports, and translate data into optimization recommendations

Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts from onboarding through ongoing monthly management
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with client goals
- Create monthly content calendars for assigned clients
- Research industry trends, seasonal opportunities, and local marketing initiatives
- Develop content themes, campaigns, promotions, and engagement strategies
- Schedule approved content through designated platforms
- Implement hashtag and keyword strategies
- Monitor account performance and platform analytics
- Prepare monthly analytics reports
- Provide recommendations based on performance data
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of social media marketing experience
- Experience independently managing multiple client accounts
- Proven experience creating content calendars and executing social media strategies
- Strong graphic design skills
- Experience writing captions and adapting brand voice across industries
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, SocialPilot, or similar scheduling platforms
- Ability to analyze social media performance and present findings professionally
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Preferred
- Experience working within an agency environment
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Basic knowledge of graphic design
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content
- Canva Pro experience
- Photography and content shoot experience
