Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media content across client accounts, maintain brand voice and aesthetic consistency, and stay ahead of platform trends to keep our clients relevant and competitive.
- You will actively drive page growth, expand reach, and improve engagement across all platforms, turning consistent activity into measurable results for every client you touch.
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on social media experience is required.
- You must have your own smartphone and laptop.
- Highly proficient: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
- Working knowledge: X, Reddit, Snapchat, Threads
- A sharp eye for detail, nothing slips past you, big or small
- An understanding of branding aesthetics and how to balance content types within a feed
- Copywriting instincts that capture a brand's voice and speak to the right audience
- A pulse on trends before they peak, knowing what's building momentum vs. what's overdone
- Strong time management, you follow systems, meet deadlines, and don't need to be chased
- The ability to take direction, communicate professionally, and receive constructive feedback well
