Job Summary

Own AI outreach by identifying communities, crafting targeted campaigns, and scaling social content to prove value and land a full-time role.

  • Identify and engage communities affected by AI adoption across Reddit, LinkedIn groups, Discord, and X.
  • Write and deploy outreach campaigns for specific job verticals and perform short-form content creation.
  • Track messaging resonance and report weekly insights to improve positioning and channel mix.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach communities of workers feeling AI pressure — Reddit, LinkedIn groups, Discord servers, X
  • Write and send outreach campaigns targeting specific job verticals
  • Create short-form content
  • Track what messaging resonates and report back weekly
  • Scale our social media and product
  • Edit content using capcut or similar

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program — Marketing, Communications, Business, CS, or anything adjacent
  • You've posted something on social media and thought about why it'd perform
  • Strong writer — clear, concise, no corporate speak
  • Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding

Preferred

  • Bonus: interest in AI, EdTech, or startups
