Job Summary
Own and grow social narratives for event-forward brands by shaping short-form content and native UGC assets across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, with a focus on Boston, San Diego, and New York City.
- Develop and grow social accounts and content that drives quick engagement and story appreciation
- Own the creation/editing of native UGC-style content that feels authentic to social audiences
- Coordinate with event-focused campaigns and activations to tell consistent stories across venues and experiences
Job Description
- Grown their own account or helped grow someone else’s account on Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms
- A strong understanding of short-form content and what keeps users engaged
- Experience creating or editing UGC-style content
- This role can be location-independent, but we’re especially focused on building in Boston, San Diego, and New York City.
- Interest in events, hospitality, food and beverage, music, and brand activations
- Strong skills in Canva and Adobe Photoshop
- A good eye for trends, storytelling, and content that feels native to social platforms
