Job Summary
Own social content production and calendar management for multiple brands, with a bias toward on-brand visuals, short-form video, and community care while coordinating with branding and PR.
- Own content direction and calendar execution across several client accounts with a focus on scalable volume
- Own design and video production using Canva and basic editing to maintain elevated visuals
- Own engagement monitoring and collaboration with ads, branding, and PR for consistent brand storytelling
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content calendars across multiple client accounts
- Create and produce social content, including posts, Reels, TikToks, and short-form video
- Design clean, elevated, on-brand graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Edit and deliver short-form video content
- Conduct trend, competitor, and influencer research to inform content direction
- Support execution and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns
- Monitor engagement and manage community interactions
- Collaborate on branding, PR, and creative strategy initiatives
- Maintain organized digital assets and ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital content trends
- Strong design sensibility with the ability to create polished, on-brand visuals
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools; video editing experience preferred
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage tasks and timelines independently
- Ability to manage multiple brands and produce a consistent volume of content each week
- Interest in marketing, branding, and content creation
- Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads Manager, influencer outreach, analytics, or hospitality/luxury brands
- Not applicable for contractor roles
