Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media content across platforms
• Capture photo and video content during service, events, specials, and behind-the-scenes operations
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and collaborations
• Maintain brand consistency and visual identity
• Help monitor engagement, comments, messages, and community interactions
• Work with management to promote events, seasonal specials, merchandise, and partnerships
• Assist with basic reporting and analytics tracking
• Contribute creative ideas to help grow the Koko Head Cafe brand

Requirements

• Must be dependable and able to meet posting deadlines
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• Previous experience in social media management, marketing, hospitality, photography, or content creation preferred
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar editing platforms preferred
