Responsibilities

• Plan, maintain, and execute weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Appear in or assist with on-camera content when needed.
• Capture short-form iPhone video content for social media.
• Increase engagement and develop strategies to attract new followers and expand brand awareness.
• Monitor performance and prepare reports covering engagement, reach, follower growth, views, clicks, leads, and other KPIs.
• Use analytics to improve content, publishing schedules, and campaign performance.
• Write social media captions, promotional copy, and marketing emails.
• Occasionally communicates with regional managers, office managers, agents, and other departments.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, agents, and office managers to ideate content.

Requirements

• 0 - 4 years of professional social media or marketing experience.
• Comfortable appearing in content.
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills are required.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand storytelling.
• Experience maintaining content calendars and managing consistent publishing schedules.
• Proficiency with social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools.
• Confident in shooting UGC-style and trend-based content using an iPhone.
• Strong writing, editing, grammar, and communication skills.
• Ability to review analytics and turn performance data into practical recommendations.
