Own a video-led content engine that scales fast on social with strong storytelling and data-driven tweaks for each client.

  • Video & Content Ownership: Plan, shoot, and edit high quality video and batch-produce Reels.
  • Social & Creative: Execute strategy, schedule posts, engage audiences, and maintain cohesive visuals.
  • Collaboration & Metrics: Communicate with clients, present ideas, and turn performance data into content improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Videography & Advanced Video Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content with a strong eye for detail, pacing, and storytelling. You should be comfortable working efficiently, keeping up with fast-paced editing demands, and batch-producing Reels without sacrificing quality.
  • Content Creation: Develop on-brand, visually cohesive content that aligns with each client’s identity and goals.
  • Social Media Management: Execute strategy, schedule content, and engage with audiences in a way that builds real community and brand presence.
  • Graphic Design: Create clean, elevated visuals that support overall content direction.
  • SEO & Analytics: Understand performance metrics and use data to inform content decisions and improvements.
  • Client Collaboration: Communicate clearly and professionally, bringing both ideas and solutions to the table.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years years of hands-on experience across videography, video editing, and social media management, with a strong portfolio that reflects both technical skill and creative direction.
  • Pace & Precision: Someone who can move quickly without cutting corners and is comfortable producing content at volume.
  • Creative Judgment: A strong sense of what works, what doesn’t, and how to elevate content beyond the average.
  • Initiative: Someone who brings fresh ideas to the table, stays ahead of trends, and actively contributes to creative direction rather than waiting for direction.
  • Ownership Mentality: You take responsibility for your work, think ahead, and don’t need to be micromanaged.
  • Team Fit: You’re collaborative, communicative, and genuinely enjoy being part of a high-performing team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing platforms (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), design tools (Canva, Photoshop), various editing apps, and social media platforms.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel monthly for on-site shoots and client work.
