Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms
• Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand visibility
• Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and best practices
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
• Experience in social media marketing and e-commerce platforms
• Strong graphic design skills for creating visually appealing content
• Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics
• Familiarity with public relations principles for effective communication
• Ability to proofread and edit content for accuracy and consistency

• Experience with stigmatise management is a plus
