Job Summary
Own multi-channel community growth and social engagement for crypto journalism audiences, driving launch campaigns, timely content, and journalist onboarding while collaborating with design and content teams.
- Platform Growth: Manage and grow X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and other communities to boost reach and engagement.
- Content & Campaigns: Plan, schedule, and execute social content and launch campaigns that resonate with crypto audiences.
- Collaboration & Onboarding: Partner with graphics/content teams and onboard journalists/outlets to scale pre-sale awareness and community growth.
Job Description
- Managing X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and other social platforms
- Planning and scheduling content
- Creating engaging posts and community discussions
- Growing audience reach and engagement
- Developing launch campaigns and social strategies
- Working with graphics and content teams
- Supporting journalist and outlet onboarding campaigns
- Assisting with pre-sale awareness and community growth initiatives
- Identifying trends and creating timely content opportunities
- Experience managing social media accounts or communities
- Strong understanding of X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and growth strategies
- Familiarity with Web3 or crypto communities is strongly preferred
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to create engaging content that feels natural rather than overly corporate
- Self-motivated and comfortable in startup environments
- Bonus: experience with viral campaigns, growth tactics, memes, influencer outreach, or launch strategy
