• Consistent, high-quality video footage with proper composition and lighting
• Timely delivery of edited content ready for social media posting
• Professional communication with team members and customers on job sites
• Reliability and consistency in hours and deliverables

• Must be comfortable around construction environments and adhere to job site safety protocols

Requirements

• Own smartphone or personal camera for filming
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites
• Physical ability to work on construction/remodeling job sites
• Strong desire to learn content creation and video production
• Experience: Social media marketing: 2 years (Required)
• Ability to Commute: Fraser, MI 48026 (Required)
• Willingness to travel: 50% (Required)

Preferred

• Some filming or TikTok content creation experience
• Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Active social media presence or content creation background
• Experience in the home improvement, construction, or real estate industries
