Job Summary

Own the short-form content engine for a creator-focused SocialGPT product: script, shoot, edit, publish, and engage in real time; own on-camera presence and audience interaction while feeding feedback loops for content optimization.

Content Production: Script, film, edit, and publish 10+ weekly videos across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
Channel & Community Ownership: Be on-camera talent for 10+ weekly videos and manage comments and DMs.
Insight & Optimization: Run competitive research and analyze engagement patterns to guide content decisions using SocialGPT tools.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Script, film, and publish short-form content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
Be the on-camera talent for 10+ short-form videos a week
Edit in consistent, premium formats using CapCut, Edits, and AI tools
Run competitive research on products and marketing strategies (and use SocialGPT to do it!)
Manage comments, DMs, and the broader community

Requirements

An existing content creator. You've built personal pages with 5K+ followers and 500K+ total views.
Comfortable and confident on camera.
Experience editing. We're looking for someone who has an opinionated editorial style.
Strong analytical skills. You can recognize and explain patterns in engagement data.
Strong writing and communication. Posts, scripts, blogs, emails.
Eager to learn, happy wearing a lot of hats, and not afraid to figure things out.

Preferred

Experience with analytics or content-intelligence tools (Google Analytics, or tools like SocialGPT itself)
A point of view on the AI / creator-economy space and where short-form is heading
Experience using MCPs on Claude or ChatGPT
