Responsibilities
- Organic Social Media Management
- Instagram, LinkedIn, & Facebook
- 8-10 posts/month with branded graphics
- Platform-native execution (correct dimensions, collaborator tags, hashtag strategy)
- Content calendar with industry trend spotting and competitor monitoring
- Reels/Stories strategy where appropriate
- Content Creation
- Blog articles for LinkedIn from topics/SEO I provide (2/month)
- Content repurposing — turning blogs, podcasts, and video seminars/events into carousels, Stories, and platform-specific formats
- Email Marketing
Requirements
- Private service industry or nanny industry experience required
- Strategic use of AI tools to enhance efficiency and content quality
- Meticulous attention to detail in all content delivery and work engagements
- Strong platform-native knowledge
- Can work independently once standards are established
- Location: Remote, US-based preferred
