Own the end-to-end B2B marketing workflow from content creation to campaign analysis, driving email, social media, and collateral programs while collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage email blast campaigns, including content development, formatting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and publish social media posts across relevant platforms to support brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Expand and maintain contact lists through lead generation, list hygiene, and database organization.
  • Create product catalogs, sell sheets, and related marketing collateral.
  • Craft customer success stories, case studies, and application summaries that highlight product performance and value.
  • Develop industry-specific product application brochures for target markets and use cases.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure technical accuracy and market relevance.
  • Use AI tools to improve content development, audience targeting, workflow efficiency, and campaign analysis.

Requirements

  • Two to four years’ experience in B2B marketing, digital communications, or social media management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling, customer-focused messaging.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools, and contact database management.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Ability to understand and create messaging around industrial products.
  • Working knowledge of how AI can support marketing tasks such as content drafting, segmentation, research, personalization, and analytics.

Preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, process equipment, or filtration-related industries.
  • Experience creating catalogs, brochures, case studies, and other sales enablement materials.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and basic graphic design tools.
  • Comfort working with engineers and technical subject matter experts.
