Job Summary

You will own Growly’s social content engine, driving growth on Instagram while shaping multi-language content across LinkedIn and related channels. You will manage strategy, creation, and performance reporting, owning the follower, reach, and engagement metrics.

Own Instagram growth metrics and monthly reporting
Develop and execute multi-language carousel and video content
Plan, edit, and publish reels from ideation to distribution

Responsibilities

Growth strategy and day-to-day management of Growly's Instagram (you own the follower, reach, and engagement metrics)
Planning and designing carousel content (card-news style posts)
Reels from start to finish — ideation, shooting, editing, and publishing
LinkedIn content creation and posting (B2B tone, English)
Monthly content calendar and performance reporting

Requirements

Fluent in both Korean and English (required — you will create content in both languages)
Strong short-form video editing skills: CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
Carousel/graphic design experience (Canva, Figma, or Photoshop)
Hands-on understanding of the Instagram algorithm and current trends
A social account you've personally run or grown (personal accounts welcome)

Preferred

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Portfolio — Required to Apply Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
Interest in or working knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, or PPC (you'll be turning our expertise into content)
Experience in agency, B2B, healthcare, or beauty environments
Photography and photo retouching skills
